Sparrowhawk LLC, a Houston-based real estate firm, has entered the Louisville market with the purchase of two warehouse buildings in Jeffersontown’s Bluegrass Commerce Park.
The company paid more than $7.4 million on Nov. 1 for buildings at 2201 Ampere Drive and 11920 Carrier Court, according to information on the Jefferson County Clerk’s Web site. The seller was Louisville-based Dixie Real Properties LLC.
The 100,000-square-foot building on Ampere Drive is a distribution center for Reinhart Foodservice LLC. The 67,500-square-foot building on Carrier Court is leased to Kaman Industrial Technologies Corp.
Both buildings were constructed in 1997.
