SparrowHawk Announces Closing on Additional St. Louis Market Property

Posted: August 7, 2017

SparrowHawk Real Estate Strategists has acquired 1619 Park 370, a single-tenant, 213,558-square-foot industrial property in Hazelwood, Missouri from Chicago based HSA.

The 11.28 acre property includes a Class A office/warehouse building and is fully occupied by XPO Logistics, a top ten global logistics company. The property is situated within minutes of I-70 and I-270 interchanges and Lambert St. Louis International Airport. The Park 370 location is considered a premier regional logistic hub. Katie Haywood and Jon Hinds of CBRE represented SparrowHawk and Jeff Hawley of Block Hawley represented HSA on the transaction.

A big fan of St. Louis, Alfredo Gutierrez, SparrowHawk’s founder said, “The Park 370 is a high quality and functional industrial building. It’s an excellent addition to two St. Louis area buildings totaling 625,000 SF that SparrowHawk purchased in December of 2016. SparrowHawk has been active in buying and selling buildings in St. Louis since 2007 and I believe the city is one of the top industrial markets for investments because of its growth and dependability.”
