Lisa is a founding member of SparrowHawk, working alongside Alfredo Gutierrez for 20 years. During that time—including the 10-plus years since SparrowHawk was founded—Lisa has worked collaboratively and tirelessly to guide and execute strategies behind the acquisition of more than $1 billion of industrial properties, as well we the oversight management team and due diligence successful oversight, value creation and disposition of portfolios that exceed $2.6 billion.
She fully embraces the firm’s hands on approach, with tenants, property managers and various other outside vendors—anyone and everyone who plays a role in the success of each building in SparrowHawk’s portfolio.
Lisa understands that business doesn’t always go according to plan; twists and turns cannot be anticipated or avoided. That’s why an innate ability to think, adjust and execute on the fly—with creativity and calmness—is critical. Her work ethic can be traced to a proud Midwest upbringing that taught her your word in your bond, and an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay.
