Jorge Cabrera is the Vice President of Asset Management & Transactions at SparrowHawk. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the portfolio’s performance, including leasing, relationship management, and market intelligence. He is also responsible for leading transaction efforts and processes, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
Jorge has lived and worked in the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe. This has given him perspective on a variety of cultures and the interpersonal skills necessary to connect with people and build relationships.
Jorge also has an entrepreneurial mindset, a penchant for analytical skills, and strategic thinking. Combined, this enables him to make strong connections, understand distinct cultures and execute structures that benefit all parties involved.
Jorge graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University.
